Betty I (Smith) Cloud Obituary (1929 - 2011)

Betty I. Cloud, age 82, of Elwood, passed away on Friday, December 16, 2011 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis following an extended illness. Betty was born on July 25, 1929, to Theodore and Opal (Dupree) Smith in Jennings County, IN.She loved spending time with her family, playing bingo and watching game shows on TV. Betty is survived by: 2 Daughters - Darlene & husband Ken Barnett of Elwood and Susan & husband Kenny Clark of Elwood 7 Grandchildren - Lori & husband Mike Harris of Elwood, Mike & fiance Brandy Bemish of Butler,OH, Stephanie & husband Josh Ragsdale of Noblesville, David, Danny Joe, and Raymond Giselbach all of Elwood, and Eric Clark of Florida. 13 Great Grandchildren - Sarah & husband Rob Frazee, Michael Harris, and Erika Harris all of Elwood, Maicie, Michaela, and Chance Barnett all of Butler, OH Madison and Colton Ragsdale both of Noblesville Jennifer, Steven, Ashley, Angie, and Danny J Giselbach all of Elwood 7 Great Great Grandchildren 3 Sisters -Elizabeth Mays of Shelbyville, Rebecca Smith of North Vernon, and Carol Cummins of North Vernon 2 Brothers - Frank Smith and Walter Smith both of North Vernon Several Nieces & Nephews She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 sisters Susie and Ruth Edna Smith, Anna Stanley, and Nancy Moore. Visitation will be Monday, Dec. 19, 2011, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Dunnichay Funeral Home, Elwood Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2011, at 11:00 AM, at Dunnichay Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Becker officiating. Burial will take place in the Elwood Cemetery.
