Cody R. Rose Obituary (1992 - 2024)

Cody R. Rose, age 31, of Muncie, passed away on Friday, January 5, 2024, at Ball Memorial Hospital.Cody was born in Elwood on July 17, 1992, to Donald and Angela (Hartley) Rose. On December 10, 2013, he married Mary (Beeman) Rose, and they shared 11 years of marriage. Cody worked in steel manufacturing for MoFab. Cody always had a curious mind and liked to take things apart and reassemble them, just so he could see how they worked. He had a passion for music and enjoyed playing the guitar. He also liked animals, sandblasting, and playing video games. Natalee was his little daddy's girl, but he loved all his family and friends; he will be missed by many. Cody is survived by his wife, Maryann Rose; parents, Angela and Donald Rose; mother-in-law, Mary Beeman, daughter, Natalee Rose; son, Cody Rose, Jr.; 3 stepsons, William Beeman, Russell Farr, and Austin Sanders; sisters, Starla Granillo, Brandy (Vincent) Richard, Morgan Clemons, Kimberly (Kevin) Adley, and Shawna Normali; brothers, Lee Rose, Boo Rose, and Jeremy Rose; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Cody was preceded in death by his brother, Cory Rose; sister, Amanda Hartley; father-in-law, Billy Beeman; Renee Roberts; Earl and Joyce Rose; nieces, Lena Corona and Macy Posey. The funeral service will be at 1:00 pm Thursday, January 11, 2024, at Dunnichay Funeral Home, Elwood, Indiana with Barbara Farr officiating. A time for visitation will be Thursday, January 11, 2024, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm, at Dunnichay Funeral Home, 1113 S. Anderson Street, Elwood, Indiana.
