Connie J (High) Woodrum Obituary (1938 - 2018)

Connie Woodrum, age 80, of Kirklin and formerly of Elwood, passed away on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at her residence. She was born on July 7, 1938 in Tipton to the late Raymond and Esther (Hoback) High. On June 2, 1966 she married Everett Woodrum and they shared more than 52 years of life together. Connie was a homemaker and devoted herself to caring for her family and her home. She was formerly a member of the Beulahland Baptist Church in Sharpsville. Connie is survived by her loving husband, Everett Woodrum of Kirklin, daughter, Cheryle Stone; step-son, Robert Woodrum , and step-daughter, Wanda Penn, sister, Linda (Harrold) Murray, grandson, Dustin Woodrum whom she raised, and several other grandchildren and great grandchildren. Connie was preceded in death by her father, Raymond High, mother, Esther High, son, Roger D. Woodrum, sister, Pat Tragesser, and 2 brothers, Larry High and Raymond High, Jr. Private family funeral services and burial will be conducted at the Elwood City Cemetery.
