Delaina Renee (Shepard) Miller Obituary (1961 - 2022)

Delaina Renee (Shepard) Miller, age 60, of Elwood passed away suddenly on Thursday, January 13, 2022, at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis following a brief battle with COVID-19. She was born in Elwood on July 8, 1961, the daughter of the late Robert "Bo" and Leona (Ross) Shepard. Delaina graduated from Elwood Community High School in 1980. Following graduation, she was a home health aide for several local home care agencies. Delaina married Curt Miller on August 14, 1993, and they shared over 28 years of marriage together. She enjoyed riding her motorcycle, and just being out and about town. Delaina loved fur babies, Moonshine, Whiskey, and Shadow. She will be greatly missed by her loving husband Curt. In addition to her husband, Delaina is survived by several cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bo and Leona Shepard.
