Florence B Walden

FlorenceB Walden, 83, of Elwood, passed away onJanuary 13, 2013 ather son's residence in Elwood, following an extended illness.

Florencewas born on May 15, 1929 to CecilCole and Mary(Wright ) Cole Brooks in Elwood.
On March 2, 1947 she married James Walden and he passed away on December 28, 1984.
She was a member of the Spring Hill Christian Church in Meigs Georgia.
Florence was a sweet mother and grandmother and will be greatly miss by all of her family.

Florenceis survived by her , Special Friend- Lawrence "Larry" Porta; 4 Sons - David E. Walden, Darrel E. Walden, Jimmie L. Walden, John E. Walden; 2 Sisters - ElizabethMcPhearson, Joanne McTaggert; 2 Brothers - Charles Cole, SonnyCole, several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by Father, Cecil Roy Cole, Mother, MaryCole Brooks, son Clifton R. Walden, daughter Elizabeth M. Niccum Mclawn, brothers C. Ralph Cole and Butch Cole, sisters Phyllis Bush, Marie Cole, and Beatrice.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 16, 2013 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Dunnichay Funeral Home, Elwood, Indiana.
