Frank A. Hayes, age 77, of Anderson and formerly of Rockford, MI, passed away onDecember 11, 2011, at St. John's Health System in Anderson following a brief illness.Frank was born on June 23, 1934, to Frank and Lena Hayes in Brazil, IN.
Frank is survived by:
Son - Dr. Brad Hayes of Alexandria, IN
Daughter - Holly Hintz of Indianapolis
Several Grandchildren
Frank is preceded in death by his parents,and his wife Peggy "Dee" (Duzan) Hayes on Dec. 21, 2010.

Visitation will be held Sunday, Dec. 18, 2011, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Pederson Funeral Home, 127 N. Monroe St., Rockford, MI 49341.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, Dec. 19, 2011, at 1:00 PM, at the Pederson Funeral Home withPastor Jeff Gunderman officiating.

Burial will take place at Rockford Cemetery.
Local arrangements have been entrusted to Dunnichay Funeral Home, Elwood.
