Larry D.McPhearson,age 74, of Anderson, passed away onNovember 20, 2011, at Manor Care Nursing Facility in Anderson, IN following an extended illness. Larry was born on January 19, 1937, to Charles and Lucille (Fern) McPhearson in Elwood, IN.Larry married Carolyn Sue (Rockhill) on July 21, 1958, and she passed away on April 14, 1999.Larry was a retired Truck Driver for many years. He was a veteran serving in the US Navy.

Daughter - Penny & husband (Jeff) Bonner of Marion, IN
2 Sons - Mark McPhearson of Smithville, TX, and Trent & wife (Carla) McPhearson of Elwood, IN
9 Grandchildren and several Great Grandchildren
5 Brothers - Steve McPhearson of Frankton, Ronnie McPhearson of Alexandria, Jeff McPhearson of Ossian, IN, John McPhearson of Murfesboro, TN, Tim McPhearson of Zephyrhills, FL
Several Nieces & Nephews

He was preceded in death by his parents,his wife, son Ronald McPhearson, and a brother Kenneth McPhearson.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2011, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, at Dunnichay Funeral Home, Elwood, Indiana.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 2:00 PM, at Dunnichay Funeral Home with Rev. Eddie Ray Jones officiating.

Burial will take place in Knox Chapel Cemetery north of Elwood.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to either the
American Heart Association or the Diabetic Association.
