Mark A Mundy Ii

Mark A Mundy II, age 29, of Elwood, passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at St. Francis Hospital after a hard fought battle with leukemia.
He was born on May 4, 1987, in Elwood to Mark Mundy and Cindy (Tunnell) Chergosky. Mark was a 2005 graduate of Elwood Community High School and attended Washington Townships School during grade and middle school. During grade school and middle school Mark played football at Washington Township. He enjoyed sports, fishing, disc golf, and fantasy football. Mark had a huge heart, was very loving and caring, and was a wonderful son, brother, and uncle. He will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by his family and many friends.
Mark is survived by his Father, Mark A. Mundy , Mother, Cindy (Mike) Chergosky, Siblings, Crystal (Tony Runyan) Mundy, Soronah Denny, Destiny Mundy, Calrae Denny, Niece, Tierra Runyan, Nephew, Brayden Mundy, Grandparents, Charles & Nedra Tunnell, and several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Friends. Mark was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Floyd & Carrie Mundy
Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Friday, January 6, 2017 at Dunnichay Funeral Home, 1113 South Anderson Street, Elwood. Funeral service will be at 7:00 pm on Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Dunnichay Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses.
