Marsha Lynn Smith,age 47, of Elwood, passed away onJune 17, 2012, at Community Hospital in Anderson, IN following an extended illness. Marsha was born on November 14, 1964, to Joe O. and Betty (Head) Sherrill in Chicago, IL.Marsha married Jerry Smith on Nov. 20, 1987, and he survives.Marsha was employed at Roby's Grill as a cook & waitress. Marsha is survived by: Husband-Jerry 3 Sons - Jerry Smith Jr., Dylan Smith, and Michael Sherrill all of Elwood Step daughter - Danielle Pridemore of Elwood Step grandchild- Drew Pridemore 4 Brothers - James Lee & wife Chica Sherrill, Robert Ray Sherrill, Willie Bocephus Sherrill, and Waylon John Cash & wife Natilie Sherrill all of AL. Uncle- Harry Bee Sherrill of Collinwood, TN Several nieces & nephews Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 21, 2012, at 1:00 PM, at Dunnichay Funeral Home in Elwood, IN with Rev. Courtley Granger officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
