Michael Seastrand

Michael Wayne Seastrand, known to many as Mike, passed away on September 29, 2026, at the age of 71. He was born on September 05, 1955, in Evansville, Indiana. Michael was a loving and dedicated family man who, despite his disability, always showed an incredible work ethic and dedication to providing for his family. He was a skilled plumber and a journeyman, always ready to lend a helping hand wherever it was needed.

In his spare time, Michael enjoyed woodworking, camping, and fishing. He had a deep love for the outdoors and found great joy in spending time with his family. His passing leaves a void that is felt by many, but his spirit, his sense of humor, and his love for life will be remembered forever.

Michael is survived by his loving wife, Sherri Seastrand, his sons Michael Seastrand Jr. and Joey Seastrand, his brothers Alan (Diana) Seastrand and Bob Seastrand, and his sister Cheryl Hobbs. He was also a proud grandfather to Brysonn, Joey Jr., and Nicholas Seastrand, and a great-grandfather to Ivory and Grayson Seastrand. Michael was preceded in death by his father, Carl Seastrand, his mother, Barbara Gottfriedt, and his grandson, Samuel Seastrand.
