Priscilla L. (Davis) Frazier Obituary (1948 - 2023)

Priscilla L. Frazier, age 74, of Elwood, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at her residence following recent health challenges. Priscilla was born in Elwood on July 15,1948, the daughter of Buck and Alice (Thomas) Davis. Priscilla was a 1966 graduate of Wendell L. Willkie High School. For over 30 years, Priscilla dedicated her life serving her community as Township Assessor. She was a member of Sigma Phi Gamma Sorority, Iota Chapter in Elwood. In her spare time, Priscilla enjoyed crocheting, listening to all types of music and was a life-long, avid reader. She was very active in genealogy and researched her family tree as far back to the1700's. Priscilla will be greatly missed by her loving family and all who knew her. Those left to carry on Priscilla's legacy are her two children, Wendy (husband Scott) Morris of Elwood, and James D. (wife Samantha) Frazier of Lapel; five grandchildren, Aaron (wife Logan) Kerr, Ethan (wife Sarah) Morris, Jon Morris, Katelyn Morris, and Jack Frazier; brother, Edgar Davis; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents, Priscilla was preceded in death by her brother, Tom Davis. Family and friends are welcome to attend a visitation on Saturday, March 25, 2023, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Dunnichay Funeral Home, 1113 South Anderson Street, Elwood, IN 46036. The funeral service to honor and celebrate Priscilla's life will begin immediately following the visitation at 1:00 pm with Rev. Roger Gardner of the East Main Street Christian Church officiating.
