Steven Meyncke

Steven Meyncke, age 75, of Tipton, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at Maple Park Village. Steven was born in Tipton, IN, on July 17, 1947, to the late Allen and Pauline (Duncan) Meyncke.
Steven had been a farmer for 50 plus years before retiring in 2013, but still enjoyed helping his sons up until this most recent harvest. He was a proud Purdue Alumni and was active for a period in the John Purdue Club. Steven enjoyed spending time with friends and family.
Steven is survived by his two sons, Kalynn (Abbie) Meyncke of Tipton, Chase (Jackie) Meyncke of Windfall; two daughters, Cheven (Jason) May of Wadesville, Leynn (Marc) Grigas of Lockport, IL; two sisters, Judy Day of Tipton, Ellen Meyncke of Indianapolis; seven grandchildren, Conor Meyncke, Clare Meyncke, Jersie Meyncke, Ella Grigas, Luke Grigas, Aubrey May, Charley May; and nephew, Jonathan Day
Steven was preceded in death by his parents, Allen Meyncke and Pauline (Duncan) Meyncke.
The family has chosen to have a graveside service at 2:00 pm Saturday, December 31, 2022, at Fairview Cemetery, 418 Fairview Ave., Tipton, Indiana with Chip Cantor officiating, the public is welcome to attend.
