Sylvia M (Williams) Anderson

Sylvia M. Anderson, age 86, of Elwood, went to be with the Lord on January 6, 2013, at St. Vincent Mercy Hospital in Elwood, following an extended illness.Sylvia was born on December 8, 1926, to John and Nellie (Baglin) Williams in Russellville, AK.Sylvia married William Anderson on July 20th, 1941, and he passed away on March 7th, 1989.She retired from Essex Wire after several years of service.

Sylvia is survived by:
3 Daughters - Marjorie Johnson of Elwood, Kay Sovern of Clovis, CA, Carmelita Stephen of Alexandria
Son - Burt Steve Anderson of MI
Several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
Several nieces & nephews

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter Marie Humbert, sisters, and brothers.

Visitation will be held Thursday, January 10th, 2013, from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm at Dunnichay Funeral Home, Elwood, Indiana.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 10th, 2013, at 2:00 pm at the Dunnichay Funeral Home, with Rev. Michael Anderson, officiating.

Burial will take place at a later date in Curtisville Cemetery.
