ThomasWalfordDavis , age 69, lifelong resident of Elwood, passed away on Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at Community Parkview Care Center following an extended illness.Thomas was born on July 31, 1945, Elwood, to the late Walford (Buck) and Alice (Thomas ) Davis.
Thomasretired from Otis Elevator in Bloomington, IN.Thomas loved hunting, fishing, landscaping, and especially traveling. His favorite place was Las Vegas.
Thomasis survived by his Son, Thomas Joseph & (Lisa ) Davis of AK, Daughter, Shawnnita &(Denis) Fairbairn of Moranbah, Australia, Grandchildren, Amber, Megan, Jessie Davis, and Nick, Michael, and Jimmie Fairbairn.One great grandchild, Ellie.Sister, PriscillaFrazier of Elwood & Brother, Edgar Davis of Alexandria. Several nieces & nephews.A Special Friend Ruth Shepard of Elwood.
Thomaswas preceded in death by his Father, Walford (Buck) Davis, Mother, AliceDavis.

A Graveside service will be at 2:00 pm Friday, December 26, 2014, at Elwood Cemetery.Arrangements have been entrusted to Dunnichay Funeral Home of Elwood.
