William J "Billy" Nickles Jr Obituary (1973 - 2016)

William J. "Billy" Nickles, age 42, of Elwood, passed away on Tuesday, January 19, 2016, at Community Hospital from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident on New Years Eve. Billy born on April 22, 1973, in Tipton to William J. and Sharon (Lundy) Nickles. Billy graduated from Elwood Community High School in 1992, and received his Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering from IT Tech. He was formerly employed at Delco Electronic until his health declined. Billy enjoyed be around his friends and family. Billy is survived by his Father, William J. Nickles of Elwood, three Sisters, Sharon Trueblood of Anderson, Sherri (John) Fleener of Goshen, and Sister, Cindy Chandler of Alexandria, Several nieces & nephews. Billy was preceded in death by his Mother, Sharon Nickles. Funeral service celebrating Billy's life will be at 7:00 pm Monday, January 25, 2016, at Dunnichay Funeral Home, Elwood, with Rev. Curt Nickles officiating. Cremation will follow and burial will be at later date at Forrestville Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm, at Dunnichay Funeral Home, 1113 S. Anderson Street, Elwood, Indiana. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home.
