William E. "Bill" Reynolds

William E. "Bill" Reynolds, age 53, of Elwood, passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2024, at Compassus Hospice in Indianapolis. He was born in Elwood on December 16, 1970, the son of Thomas and Barbara (Phelps) Reynolds. On March 3, 2000, Bill married his soul mate Crystal (Hobbs) Reynolds and they shared 24 wonderful years of marriage together.

Bill was the owner and operator of Reynolds Electric, and was a proud provider for his family. He was a very intelligent person and always had a curiosity about him that made him a life long learner of new skills. Bill loved being a Papaw and loved to show off his granddaughters. He enjoyed fishing, deer hunting, and mushroom hunting at Mississinewa. Bill will be remembered as a wonderful husband, father, papaw, and friend.

In addition to his wife Crystal, Bill is survived by his mother, Barbara Reynolds; two sons, Gage (wife Melody) Reynolds, and Tarren Reynolds; two granddaughters, Alaia, and Hazel Reynolds; in-laws, Mark and Teresa Hobbs; brother-in-law, Marcus Hobbs; niece, Mayley Hobbs; and "brother", Kyle (Mary Sue) Neff. Bill was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Reynolds, and his grandparents.

Dunnichay Funeral Home has been entrusted with Bill's care. A private celebration of Bill's life will be held by the family.
